Кто знает оценку ксеротических изменений конъюнктивы и роговицы в баллах при окраске бенгальским розовым,но не по оксфордской 5-ти бальной системе, а по какой-то 9-ти бальной - помогите, который день не могу нигде найти!!!!
Если я правильно понял, то имелось в виду степень поражения конъюнктивы и роговицы в 3 зонах:
"...Vital dyes and ocular staining are used to assess the integrity of the corneal or conjunctival surface. Ocular staining with 1% rose bengal solution (Rosets) identifies areas where the epithelium is devitalized and the tear film is discontinuous (12). A staining score of 4 or more on the van Bijsterveld scoring system is considered to be significant (13). In this scoring system, the ocular surface is divided into three zones (nasal bulbar conjunctiva, cornea, and temporal bulbar conjunctiva), and each zone is evaluated for stain density in a range of 0 to 3 (0, no staining; 3, confluent staining). When the added scores from all zones are 4 or more, the test is considered positive..."
